Our Wedding Day
We are getting married! We’re so excited to celebrate our love with the people we love most. We plan to have a small, private elopement ceremony in Rock Creek Park, followed by a proper party in our neighborhood, at the place where we had our first date — St. Vincent Wine Bar. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

St. Vincent Wine Bar
Less wedding, more party. We’ll have heavy appetizers and an open bar going all night — no assigned seats, no sit-down dinner, no formalities. Just good wine, our favorite people, and questionable dance moves.
Cocktail attire — whatever makes you feel good. We will be outside, so please dress for the weather.
Traveling from Outside of DC?
Everything you need to know to arrive happy, stay comfortable, and leave even happier.
DC is an easy city to navigate. Uber and Lyft are reliable all night. The Metro’s Green Line stops a short walk from the venue at Georgia Ave – Petworth station.
No room block — book wherever suits you. Shaw, Adams Morgan, 14th Street, Logan Circle, Union Market, and Dupont are all 15–20 minutes by Uber. We recommend staying in a hotel with Northwest in the address and avoid Georgetown, Arlington and Alexandria for the easiest experience.
DCA (Reagan) airport and Union Station are about 25 minutes from our reception venue. IAD (Dulles) and BWI Airport are approximately an hour from St. Vincent Wine, depending on traffic.
Street parking is available in the neighborhood, but it can require walking a few blocks. We recommend rideshare or bikes — open bar, after all.
10·10·26. A Saturday in early fall, when DC is genuinely at its best — crisp air, the trees just starting to turn. Come early, stay late and be a tourist. We are happy to recommend things to do!
